RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any package "Refused" or "Non Deliverable" due to a bad address provided by you is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you want the package re-delivered to you, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling. Be sure to double check your shipping address.
ALL returns must FIRST be authorized by the personnel at Portable Power Equipment BEFORE RETURNING. Call us at 1-877-218-0923 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which MUST be written on the outside of the box when returning.
ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
No returns after 30 days will be accepted. After 30 days any returns will be for warranty repair or exchange only.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR ELECTRICAL ITEMS.
