Orders are shipped using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground (decided by Portable Power Equipment).  Delivery time may vary with your location.  If you need faster service alert us. We can arrange faster shipping times at an additional charge.

We try to have all orders shipped within 2 business days.

Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days from the time it was shipped.

If you provide an email address with your order, we will be happy to email a tracking number as soon as it is available.  Please be aware that the tracking number may not be available until 3-5 business days after you have placed your order.  When you want to check on the status of your order, please try tracking your package first.  If you are not able please call us.

We DO NOT ship outside of the United States.We CANNOT ship to Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Jamaica or any where outside
 the 50 United States.

Shipping to ALASKA and HAWAII is subject to a higher shipping charge.  If you need an item shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please call us for a shipping quote.

We carry thousands of parts in our inventory, and have many more available through our suppliers.  No warehouse can carry every part for every product. Some products may have to be ordered directly from the suppliers and may take additional time.  If an item is ordered from the supplier, and we are notified that the part is on backorder or no longer available, we will contact you to let you know, and you can cancel your order if you wish.

All prices are supplied to us by the equipment manufacturers.  We make every effort to keep this information correct and up to date, but all prices, description, availability and other conditions are subject to change as the manufacturers see fit.
We will try to notify you of any changes concerning your order, but we are not responsible for the outcome or impact of these changes.
All pricing is subject to change at any time. 

If we are out of a product that you ordered, but have a similar product that is as good or better in quality, we will substitute that for your item.  We may not notify you of these changes.  No substitution will be downgraded from your original order.  If there is a price difference, we will not charge or credit you the difference.

Some products shipped to you may not look identical to what is pictured on our website.  In some cases the manufacturer may change the composition or look of a product and they may not always notify us.  We try to keep up with the information on our website as we are contacted about changes from the manufacturers
